Here's what I've got so far food wise:
- Dinner at either Poppy or Sitka and Spruce.
- Cocktails and oysters at The Walrus and the Carpenter.
- Porchetta at Salumi...
- Sunday dinner at Delancey (Isabelle)
- Pastries at Café Besalu - We arrive in town Sunday morning, so hopefully we can head over and grab some items to last us a couple days.
- Definitely some beer at Brouwer's Café.
- A tour of Theo Chocolate (already booked)
- Pizza at Serious Pie (Foodie Suz)
- Drunken Chicken baguette at the Baguette Box (Andre)
- Black pepper crab at Flying Fish (Anon)

Ella and I had a lovely time in Seattle for our chick weekend a couple of years ago. Highlights were, yes, Salumi...and pie from Dahlia, and a memorable dinner at Tavolata. http://foodiesuztravels.wordpress.com/seattle/

Cream and Sugar's 'Packing List' looks fantastic! I was reading it yesterday. I'm in for the ice cream spot, but I'm still not sure about the Tom Douglas restos... the pizza at Serious Pie does sound amazing though.
Since we're staying in Capitol Hill, I'm hoping we'll also find some of the random charming-ness that everyone keeps telling me I'll love about Seattle.
For a cheap lunch, have the Drunken chicken baguette at Baguette Box in Capital Hill. Really good. $6.75
You need to have dinner at Flying Fish. They have the most incredible black pepper crab, it's highly addictive and probably the best thing I've ever eaten.

It was actually my super cool winemaker from Efeste that took my whole sales team to Flying Fish while we were in Washington on Business. If you can't trust a winemaker to pick fantastic food who can you trust? :)
I have heard nothing but good things about the pizza restaurant Delancey. It's owned by the husband of well-known blogger Molly of Orangette. Sounds like an awesome trip - I'm jealous!
